You Can Simultask
It’s even more than “walking and chewing gum” at the same time.
Are you a person who says, “I don’t have time [to do things that you desire to do]”?
I am more productive now than I have ever been in my life. I am doing more, creating more, generating more and yet feel 100% less stress, anxiety or time crunchy. I have learned to stack habits, to use writing to exponentially multiply my effectiveness, and to simultask physical activities with mental ones.
Many of you have reached out after watching one of my videos, saying that you are planning, hoping, wishing, desiring, or wanting to watch more … but you “don’t have the time.”
I encourage you to recognize that you have the same amount of time as every other human being on the planet, and get that there are ways to use your time to huge advantage, and ways to f*ck it straight away.

Go for a walk

Empty the dishwasher
